- That Beauty Doll has the right to refuse service and refer to your GP if there are any nail abnormalities with new clients or the nails plate shows any signs of change whilst a customer.
- That Beauty Doll has the right to refuse service the a client attends the appointment unwell, or unfit for Eleanor to carry out the service.
